As a therapist who's certified in EMDR, DBT and ERP, my goal is to help you create the life you truly desire.

I offer in person (Sisters, OR) and virtual services (Oregon & Utah). This quote sums up my approach - The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek. It applies to working through our trauma or exploring artistic and creative ventures I help people identify their values and the aspects of life worth suffering for. When we can accept and allow discomfort, we can live a meaningful life now, as opposed to waiting until we feel "better." Insurance note: I only accept BCBS in Utah. In Oregon I take Providence, Pacific Source (commercial only, not community solutions through OHP), Moda, Aetna, & BCBS.

Having been through a lot in my teenage years into adulthood, where I learned self-confidence, I have found that if I had someone to help me work through issues of stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and many other life factors I would have been successful sooner. I have experience in diverse cultures where I have found I learn just as much from the people around me as they learn from me. Having an open mind and listening to my clients helps me to relate and understand them and develop a treatment plan or plan of action with them that makes them feel comfortable. My specialties include Trauma, attachment, & neuroscience; Grief & loss; Dialectical behavior therapy; and Anger management interventions, in addition to many other therapies, dependent on the individual client(s) needs. I specialize in providing culturally appropriate care to tribal members.
