Since 2010, I have offered a supportive and reflective approach to psychotherapy, using your values, insights, and goals to guide treatment. Whether online or in person, I will help you explore and encounter emotions, symptoms, and struggles at a pace that is challenging but not overwhelming. My approach combines techniques from various traditions, such as Attachment Theory, Jungian Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. Blending traditional therapy with mind-body practices is an approach that helps people where other methodologies have fallen short.
