Welcome to Aethera. By accessing or using our directory, search services, or provider dashboards, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Aethera is an online directory connecting patients with mental health and alternative medicine providers specializing in psychedelic-assisted therapies. We provide search functionality for patients and lead generation/"Growth Toolkits" for providers. We do not provide medical advice or endorse specific treatments.
3. For Patients and Users
Not Medical Advice: Information on Aethera is for educational and directory purposes only and does not substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Provider Relationships: By contacting a provider through Aethera, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of any medical or therapeutic services rendered.
4. For Providers
Verification: If you claim an account or purchase a subscription, you must provide truthful, accurate credentials. Providing fraudulent licensing information will result in immediate termination.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any original content (bios, photos) you upload to Aethera. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content in our directory and marketing materials.
Payment processing: Subscriptions are managed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard.
5. "Shadow Profiles" and Data Sources
Aethera compiles "Shadow Profiles" from publicly accessible databases, state licensing boards, and search engine results. This data is subject to our Privacy Policy. Providers have the immediate right to verify, edit, or remove these generated profiles.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aethera and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues across medical practices, derived from the use or inability to use the services.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
