I support adults, teens (15+), parents, and couples in-person and via telehealth. I believe that while we all want to grow, our past experiences can make it feel unsafe to move forward. Paying attention to the present moment helps us notice patterns from the past, giving us insight into how early relationships continue to influence us. I’m here to support clients on a range of topics, including trauma, women’s issues, relationships, life transitions, grief, and anxiety. As a Birth and Postpartum Doula, I specialize in reproductive experiences, including fertility challenges, family planning, pregnancy loss, birth anxiety and preparation, birth processing, postpartum, women’s health challenges, sexual issues, body image, and chronic pain.

I believe that the capacity for connection and peace is already with us all and that the therapeutic process is revealing this power when it is hidden. I view therapy as an adventure, and my role in it to be your faithful companion along the difficult parts of the path. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, and teens and adults who feel they have lost touch with their sense of self-worth and self-compassion. I am committed to supporting the journey with curiosity, a sense of humor, and solid trust in the lived experience, wisdom, and strengths of my clients.

I believe therapy should be a place where all people can feel understood and valued exactly as they are. Clients are the experts on their lived experiences, so I collaborate with them on achieving their goals for seeking counseling. My therapy sessions aim to understand all the different parts within the self that create internal conflict, seeking to restore a sense of calm. These sessions are designed to be a soft place to land for folks who feel anxious or unsure of why they keep repeating certain patterns in their life. I want to help you build trust in yourself.
