I work best with individual adults who are feeling ready to engage in thoughtful, meaningful therapy. My ideal clients are often navigating the effects of trauma, dissociative disorders, or relational challenges, and are seeking a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves and their experiences. They tend to be introspective, motivated, and open to exploring both the pain and resilience within their story. Whether beginning therapy for the first time or returning to deepen ongoing work, they’re committed to growth, healing, and cultivating a stronger connection to themselves and others.

We will work together to find ease and a sense of creative spirit in your every day life. I value a client/therapist relationship that is dynamic, where we work collaboratively to create therapy that is right for you. I provide a meaningful space for you to explore what challenges are present in your life. Therapy is a way to intentionally find out who you are, in a world that is constantly trying to define us by what we should be.

I believe that participating in therapy can result in many benefits, including a better understanding of your personal goals and values, improved relationships, and resolution of the concerns that led you to seek therapy. My hope is that with sensitivity and compassion, I can help you identify strengths, as well as find solutions to a wide range of psychological issues. Taking a holistic approach to therapy, I am concerned with the long-term well-being of the individual. I work on anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other issues in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my approach centers on creating a safe, compassionate space where youth and families feel seen, heard, and supported. I draw from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective and integrate solution-focused strategies to help clients navigate challenges, process difficult emotions, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether we're exploring painful experiences or identifying personal strengths, my goal is always to support healing, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose.
