My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and in-depth. Together, we will cultivate kindness and curiosity for your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Self-exploration and honest feedback with an attuned listener can strengthen our capacity to be in fulfilling, authentic relationship with ourself and others. As you are ready, we can explore new narratives & develop practices that alleviate anxiety and depression, creating more space for acceptance, ease and joy.

My personal style in therapy is optimistic and playful. My approach is eclectic, with a combination of focus towards theory based interventions balanced with intuition and spontaneity. I deeply value the power of human connection in the healing process and therapy as a collaborative process. I strive for inclusiveness and cultural competency in my work and am deeply committed to social justice. I help my clients explore meaning, past trauma, stressful life events, transitions, and identifying resources to help them feel empowered and hopeful. I have practiced therapy with children, families, couples and adults since 2009.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and listen more carefully to inner life as it unfolds. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, often during periods of transition, loss, or questioning. My approach is depth-oriented and relational, attentive to meaning and pattern as they emerge over time. Therapy is a collaborative process that supports clarity and integration, with care taken to make reaching out feel accessible and grounded when that first step feels tender or uncertain.
