I have been working in social service for over 20 years, meeting clients in their unique place and assisting with them with process that brought them to therapy.

Pregnancy, birthing and becoming a parent are full of moments that feel destabilizing, incredibly challenging, and sometimes impossible. With the right support, this transformative time can be navigated with connection, insight and healing.

Welcome! I am licensed clinical social worker that provides individual and family therapy services. I have specific interest working with children, youth, and families. I also provide individual therapy services for adults. My therapeutic approach is relational, person-centered, emotion focused, and trauma-informed. I have a variety of skill sets that I adapt to meet the unique needs of each individual that I work with. I use CBT, DBT, and Collaborative Problem Solving in my work. My goal is to support the process of personal growth, self-discovery, and promoting desired changes to inform a more meaningful quality of life.

I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Especially those individuals who are hoping to experience the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for self-discovery and self-acceptance. This could be within the depths of depression, severe anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness or a life transition. I believe that a significant amount of personal growth can occur when an individual is given a safe space to explore their emotions and a supportive guide to assist them in navigating through them.

I AM accepting clients at this time. If you desire results, welcome. I offer HIPAA secure video conference and face-to-face therapy. I work with people feeling unsatisfied with their current life and emotional situations, looking for a deeper sense of fulfillment, connection, and/or balance in their lives. I help find the connection between their thoughts and feelings. I explore how desires manifest themselves as: depression, anxiety, fears, disinterest, grief, low self-esteem, etc. I also explore how these impact their body. I offer spiritual guidance and perspectives to those that wish. All services must be approved by provider.

Nicole Stefano is an LCSW who works in a private office setting that is ADA compliant in Bend, Oregon. Nicole works with children, adults, families, and couples from diverse backgrounds, offering a wide range of therapeutic services. Her approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Structural Family Therapy. She emphasizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach that prioritizes trust, compassion, and empathy in the therapeutic relationship.

Accepting New Clients‭‭ Serenity Mental Health is an independent practice of caring Mental Health Professionals who understand that life’s challenges can be daunting and that people deserve quality mental health care that addresses their individual needs. Together, with a member of our licensed professional staff we will develop a plan to address hardships in a supportive and compassionate manner. We currently have in-person appointments available at our Eugene Office.
