As a Professional Counselor Associate in the Rogue Valley, I use tailored, evidence-based approaches to help you build resilience and create meaningful change. My goal is to offer a supportive, inclusive space where you feel truly heard and understood. As a longtime Rogue Valley resident, I believe deeply in this community and in every person’s ability to heal, grow, and move forward.
